Please note: 

• All medication refills are subject to approval by one of our veterinarians.
• Prescription refills require our veterinarians to have physically examined the patient within 6 months (or less if the condition or medication requires).
• Online orders can take 24-48 hours before they are prepared or in stock.
• Compounded medications can take up to 2 weeks to arrive.
• We will contact you either by telephone or sms when the order is ready to collect.
