After Hours Care

If you find yourself in a situation where your pet needs urgent vet attention and we are closed, please know that there are 24-hour veterinary hospitals available to help!

The closest 24-hour clinic to us is Northside Emergency Veterinary Service (NEVS) and they also offer an ambulance transport service to and from our clinic which is extremely useful for patients needing overnight monitoring after a major surgery or critically ill patients that need further care after we close.

Whichever emergency vet you see, they will normally ask you for your primary vet care clinic so that they can send us your pet’s medical notes and we can continue any follow up treatment that may be needed.

The contact details for NEVS are as follows:
Address: 16 Myoora Rd, Terrey Hills, 2084, NSW
Phone: (02) 9452 2933

Animal Poisons Hotline

Animal Poisons Hotline is an Australian service allowing pet owners to call for advice if their pet has eaten something or come into contact with something that could make them sick. The helpline is FREE for owners on weekdays 9am-5pm, and an after-hours phone service is also available for a fee. Even vets will use this service for those stranger, unfamiliar things that we hear pets have gotten into, so we can 100% recommend this amazing service to our clients!
